If you are visiting Raleigh, you might notice the lack of places to smoke, which is ironic, with the whole "Tobacco Road" thing. Well, if you need to light up, head to Havana Deluxe - one of Raleigh's only cigar bars. Head over before Thursday and pick up a raffle ticket to win tickets to the All Star Game. Tickets are $10 and proceeds go to the Kids and Community Foundation.
If you need a smokey bar in which to watch the big game, they will be open!
